Scrapbooking. Card with clock.

This time I am participating in a very inspiring challenge from ScrapMagic blog. The task is to use required pallette and clock.

Fortunately i received a package with some new paper and decorations, so I was excited to try them! Here's  my small page. 

The materials I used were: Echo Park This and That Graceful Collection, sticker also from this collection.

For the middle part I used my new flower and brads that just recently came. One flower I used to make leaves. I really enjoyed how it looks.

For paper with a clock I used some figured scissors "torn edges" and distress ink to make edges look old.

For the back of the page I will write a small text which I will not reveal for now ;)

Men in Black III

This weekend we went to see the movie "Men in Black III". Before that while we were waiting for a friend, we took some pictures in front of Kosmos hotel.

The water was warm :)

Scrapbooking. Friends

This time I am participating in ILOVESCRAP blog challenge called Mix. The task is to use flags, some paint (not sprays) and rope or cord.

I decided to make a list for a notebook for a friend. Paper is from This and That cardstock collection, flags I cut and made from the same paper. As a contrast I paced beneath the flags fabric-like paper.

On flags I painted with white gouashe word "FRIENDS". Between the flags I made some eyelets for the cord.

Cord is metallic.

Hope she'll like it! ;)

Scrapbooking. Impulse card.

Yesterday my friend called me with tears in her voice telling about unjustice at work. She was so upset that I decided to make a small card to cheer her up. This is what came up from my imagination.

I wanted to make it bright and sunny, so I used paper from my new collection About a girl.

At the side I used a border punched paper strip and a label from Echo Park This and That collection.

At the bottom there is a flower with a brad inside, all on a fabric-like paper.

Inside the paper looks calm - ideally to make an accent with some label. This label was also taken from Echo Park This and That collection.

And a "Cheer up" label :)

The back has a handwritten message "made with love by katyapetrovna".

In honor of opening a shop, ScrapMaster throws a Candy contest. The Candy itself contains LOOOOOTS of cool stuff!!!

Scrapbooking. Mini-card.

Continue posting my productive scrap work from yesterday.:)
This time it's a mini-card from ilovescrap blog task.

My friend got married lately and I haven't been home yet to congratulate her in person and givve my present. So, I thought that it would be a good reason to make a complimetary mini card.

The card is 7 by 7 sm. I used cardstock with a beautiful image, some flowers as decorations, black brad as the center of the flower. 

Also this was a good reason to try my new border punches. I used one to make a small pattern in the top right corner.

Another border punch is for the bottom - it makes round borders and two stripe holes, perfect for lace or ribbon. I used white ribbon through both sides of the card to make the card be closable. Inside I stamped  with some music notes stamp from my collection.

Continueing yesterday's inspirations by Special Day Cards blog task and ScrapCraft.ru "Stripes and Dots" project.


For the second card I used the same Echo Park This and That Collection paper with a layered chipboard element - a man in the car.

I got some figured scissors for my birthday that I really wanted to try - I think they were useful here. And sides I made look older with a distress ink.

Also I added an additional element - a belt, totally masculine :) this is actually a border, but I think it fit perfectly here.

I really liked this task and I hope that i did good at it! :)

Scrapbooking. Men birthday card

We had a three-day bank holidays and this was like a vacation! I spent two days with friends and making myself little presents. And yesterday i had some inspiration to create cards for the challenges.
In this post I present Birthday cards for men inspired by Special Day Cards blog task and also ScrapCraft.ru with "Stripes and Dots" project.

I got so excited that made two cards!
For the first one I used paper from Echo Park This and That Collection with a half of jourmalling card. Also I used some brads that my friend gave me for my birthday.

Scrapbooking: Self-made flower

This time I am participating in a challenge from vscrape to make a work on the sketch with an obligatory decoration - self-made flower.

 This is what came out with the help of some articles from web :) 

 I also made some decorations from the This & That Collection that i have and used some new paper and scissors that I got for my birthday recently. 

I didn't want to make too many decorations on the list. And that my sister and niece will like it.

Scrapbooking: Sketch #24

It was a good reason to make a thank-you note for my ex-boss. I am very grateful for what he has done for me! His hobby is photography, so i thought it would be meaningful. :)
